PCB tin stripping line (also called destin line or dessoldering line) is a material used to remove solder in the electronics manufacturing process. Destinning wire is usually composed of tin alloy, flux, and fiber material, and is often used to repair, rework, or disassemble soldered electronic components. The working principle of the detinning line is to melt the tin in the tin alloy by heating, so that it is absorbed or removed from the welding spot, so as to achieve the removal or repair of the solder spot.
Working principle of Tin Stripping Line:
Place the tin stripping line over the weld and heat it with a heat gun or soldering iron.
The flux of the tin stripping line can reduce the melting point of the tin when heated, and the tin will melt and be sucked away by the adsorption function of the tin stripping line.
The tin stripping line usually has a good tin absorption capacity and can effectively clean up excess solder around the solder joint.
Application of tin stripping line:Repair and rework: When an electronic component is poorly soldered, or a welded component needs to be replaced, the de-tinning wire helps remove unwanted solder and ensures that the component can be resoldered.
Disassembly and recycling: In the case of disassembly of electronic components, the destin wire can effectively remove the solder joints, which is convenient for the recovery or reuse of components.
