Machining: UPE bars can be processed by turning, milling, drilling, cutting, etc., suitable for the manufacture of various precision parts.
Welding process: Multi-section UPE materials can be connected through thermal welding technology, but the welding performance is relatively weak and requires professional technology.
Extrusion and molding: UPE bars are generally made by extrusion or molding processes and are customized to meet the needs of different diameters and lengths.
Introduction: Teflon bar is a kind of engineering plastic product made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the main raw material by molding or extrusion process. Size and machinability: According to the actual application to choose the appropriate diameter of the rod, PTFE rod due to soft characteristics, processing tools and cutting methods need to be considered.
