Developing Line in the circuit board equipment is an automatic equipment used for developing, cleaning, drying and other steps in the production process, mainly for the post-exposure process in the production of printed circuit boards (PCB). Its role is to remove the unexposed part of the photoresist, leaving the exposed pattern, thus forming the circuit pattern.
Post-exposure treatment: In the lithography process, the PCB surface is coated with photoresist, and the circuit pattern is transferred to the photoresist through exposure. After exposure, the developing line will remove the part of the photoresist that has not been exposed, revealing the circuit pattern.
Developer spray: The device dissolves and removes unexposed photoresist by spraying or soaking the developer. The type and concentration of developer depends on the type of photoresist used.
