Socket type UPVC ball valves are valves made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride material that is integrated into the piping system through a spigot connection. During installation, the pipe should be cut smoothly to remove burrs. After cleaning, evenly coat the socket with special UPVC glue, quickly insert and keep fixed until curing (about 15-30 minutes). Avoid use in high temperature, strong impact or overpressure environments.
Inner thread type UPVC ball valves are the kind of valve made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride as the main material, and its two ends are connected by internal thread (internal tooth), which is suitable for pipe systems that need to be connected by thread.
During installation, wrap raw material tape or apply UPVC special adhesive to the thread to ensure sealing. Avoid over-tightening to prevent UPVC thread cracking. The installation direction is consistent with the flow direction (some valves are marked with the flow direction arrow). It is also necessary to check the wear of the seal ring regularly to avoid violent operation of the handle and prevent the valve stem from breaking.
